By accessing or using Karyat ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Karyat is a web-based writing application that allows users to create, organize, and export written content. The Service is currently in public beta and may change without notice.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

4. User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create using the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your drafts or writings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime or availability, especially during the beta period. We recommend exporting your content regularly.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
